You may return an item within 30 days of purchase date, unused and in the same packing that you received it.
Please call us or inform us by e-mail what problem exists. We will at that time issue you a "RMA" number which
you will clearly mark on the returning container. An item cannot be returned without notification to us and the
issuing of an "RMA" number first. Return parameters are as follows.
All products carry a manufacturers warranty. Please fill out the manufacturers warranty card and send it in.
All products that have a manufacturers defect will be replaced at our cost and upon return receipt of that item.
Items that you wish to return because you changed your mind or anything other than "incorrect item shipped"
or "manufacturers defect" will carry a 20% restocking charge plus shipping costs.
